Forklift Operator / Loader
Barr, Inc. is looking for a reliable and safety-minded Forklift Operator / Loader to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our high-quality refrigeration equipment is safely and efficiently loaded, unloaded, and moved throughout our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Assist in preparing products for shipment
- Verify and stage outgoing orders accurately
- Receive and organize incoming materials
- Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards
- Dependable and punctual with a team-first attitude
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm. Some overtime may be required.
