Notes: system sized for +35 degree room temp, +25 degree sst, +95 degree ambient and operation on refrigerant r-404a. Defrost timer and evaporator contactors/txvs not included. The surplus unit was mnfg’ed 2024, has never been installed and is beyond any factory warranty.
