Jarvis, I just wanted to let you know that I had the HVAC technician take another look at the problem we were experiencing with the freezer and he determined that the solenoid he had earlier installed was oversize for the application. He changed it and the freezer has been holding a steady -10 F ever since. I believe that everything is now resolved and we can call the installation project finished. Thanks again for all of your help. You certainly have my highest recommendation for any future freezer needs that we or any business associates may encounter. What a nice thing for you to do - I appreciate your discount on my refrigeration. It is appreciated and I will be passing your business on to other associates. The whole country was caught up in the OLYMPIC fever. We had 24 hour coverage with a combination of 3 networks so everything was being covered and you could choose which sport you wanted to watch. The unit replacement was completed last Saturday and the unit is working great. It's keeping a 30 degree F temp at all times almost except of course when we load additional beverages that are warm and the unit has to chill back down. Everyone is pleased with the unit, price and cold drinks. We have been chilling everything with ice for over two years, nice to not have to work as hard at it anymore.

Just a quick note to say thank you, your unit worked great. This sure was nice, just going to the back room to get our products. In prior years we had rented refrigerated storage trucks and parked them off site, which required a lot of hauling to get everything to the food stand.

I'm writing this email to thank Barr, Inc for their assistance and support during the renovation of our flagship distribution center last year. Todd Barr was most helpful in getting us the additional materials required to customize the cooler system we purchased.
As a distributor of fresh cut flowers we need to turn our inventory every three to four days, and therefore, the performance of the cooling systems is essential.
