Barr Inc, the industry’s leader in sales of commercial refrigeration equipment, is looking for an individual to join their experienced team of in-house sales professionals. This position involves turning qualified leads into sales in order to meet the desired individual & company goals. You will be responsible for responding to phone and computer leads/inquiries providing quotes and detailed specifications of our products, along with routine follow up. All leads are company generated and there is no travel involved.

Requirements:
College degree
Proven sales performance
Ability to interact with technical and non-technical customers and personnel
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft environment
Ability to work independently, and with minimal supervision is essential (must be competitive, self motivated and driven)

Desired:
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
IT / Marketing skills a plus
A basic degree of mechanical aptitude and technical competence
